Conference rooms in Turnhout
At its facilities in Turnhout (Belgium, between Antwerp and Eindhoven), VIGC has two conference rooms that are suitable for the organization of meetings, training events, seminars, etc.

- Board Room
The conference rooms can be equipped with all required equipment. The catering is being arranged by brasserie-restaurant De Rekruut (click here for more information). Multimedia Room
This has a capacity of:
- 40 people in classroom style (at large tables measuring 200 x 90 cm)
- 70 people in theatre style (no tables)
- 30 people in a U-shaped configuration
The following equipment is available:
- Barco-projector Reality 6300, resolution 2000 x 1280 pixels (XGA, SXGA, UXGA), 2000 ANSI lumen
- Giant screen measuring 3 x 3 m
- Possibility of connection for PC or Mac, including sound
- Possibility of Internet access
- DVD player
- VHS player, including MiniDV (digital video)
- Tape deck
- Sound amplifier, including wireless clip-on or head microphone
- Overhead projector
- Whiteboard, flipchart

Next to the Multimedia Room, VIGC also offers a smaller room with the following characteristics:
